A YES verdict means the chosen cusp's sub-lord signifies the favourable houses for that question. A NO verdict means it signifies the unfavourable houses. The confidence score reflects how cleanly the sub-lord points one way — a strong single-direction signature gives high confidence, while mixed signification gives medium or low. Timing is read from the active planetary period (Dasha) and the next transit of the sub-lord across a triggering point.
